HOW DO I JOIN KISSnGO?

WHO CAN JOIN?
Any Childcare centre, Family Day Care, Pre-school based in Australia, is welcome to join our service
WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF JOINING?
By joining KISSnGO you are able to market your childcare centre to a wider network of parents who are seeking good quality Childcare suits their ever-changing lifestyle demands. These can easily become long-term families through no additional marketing costs or resources and acts as a feeder system to continuously attract new families to your Childcare centre. By uploading your vacancies on a regular basis you are able to better manage your staff ratios and resources and thus run your centre more efficiently.
HOW DO I ACCESS/CHANGE MY CENTRE INFORMATION?
By logging-in with your Centre ID you can update and change any of your Centre information as often as you want. In fact, we encourage you to make sure that this is always relevant and up-to-date.
I’VE CHANGED MY BANK DETAILS – WHAT DO I DO?
Again, you can log-in with your unique Centre ID to change and update your banking information or click here to send us an email and we will ensure your information is updated within 48 hours.
HOW OFTEN DO I LOAD MY VACANCIES?
We have tried to make this a really simple process. You can log-in to your account to change, upload and manage your vacancies, at any time on a daily or weekly basis. These changes are done in real time on our site. You will also receive reminders from us to check and update your vacancies. If you are no longer able to offer the bookings placed at your centre, please contact us as soon as possible.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I CAN’T ACCEPT A BOOKING?
We take the Australian Educator to Child ratios very seriously and therefore, it is each Centre’s responsibility to ensure that vacancies offered on our system are available to families. However, if you can no longer accept a child into your care that has already booked through KISSnGO, you need to contact us urgently so we can offer the family an alternative arrangement. Please note that you will not receive any of the fees due to your centre.
HOW DO PARENT REVIEWS WORK?
Parents are encouraged to give an honest and fair, first-hand review of their and their child’s experience at the centre. We at KISSnGO will moderate these before they are published on our site for other parents to view. You will be given an opportunity to provide feedback if you think the review is unfair.
HOW DO I CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP?
You are welcome to opt out of using our service at any time through our contact us page and you will be removed from the system within 48 hours of receiving the communication.
IF I HAVE CANCELLED, CAN I REJOIN AT A LATER STAGE?
Yes, you would simply follow the steps on the Registration pages to be able to re-join our service.
