Do I need to complete my Parent Profile?
Yes, in order to continue to use our service. Once completed, this makes booking vacancies quicker and easier when you arrive at the Centre and for any future bookings. Centres may still require you to complete their forms once you arrive.
How safe is my personal information?
KISSnGO uses industry leading security systems to ensure that all personal information is safe and secure.
What can I find out about the Centre?
KISSnGO has been designed to be quick and easy to use. We ensure that the information about the Childcare centre facilities are up to date and provide you with as much information as possible. The real-time parent Reviews also allow you to make a more informed decision about your choice of Centre.
What if I am already registered at another Centre?
No problem! You may still book a Childcare spot through KISSnGO.
How do I know the vacancy information is up to date?
Childcare Centres are encouraged to update their vacancies constantly. Our service is in real time meaning that your spot is reserved as soon as you have made the booking/payment and received the confirmation.
How will I know if my booking has been made?
Once you have booked your chosen day at your preferred Centre and made the payment, you (and the Centre) will receive a confirmation email about your booking.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. We use a secure payment gateway to process your payments. Also, we do not store your credit card details on our website.
What happens if I need to cancel the booking?
If, for whatever reason, you are unable to make the booked date, please advise KISSnGO immediately. You may be charged a Cancellation Fee depending on how much notice you provide. Click here for our Cancellation Policy
Can I book a permanent placement through KISSnGO?
Unfortunately, we do not offer permanent placements, but you can book multiple days in advance. Should you wish to book a permanent place directly with any of the Centres you have used through KISSnGO – there are no penalties or fees applicable to either you or the Childcare centre.
What is a CRN number and do I need to provide it?
Yes, you will need to include it in your Parent Profile – as it is submitted to each Centre that you use through the KISSnGO service. The Customer Reference Number (CRN) is provided to you when you register with Centrelink for family assistance. Childcare Centres require the CRN to process any CCB and CCR benefits that you may be entitled to (*only where applicable and subject to change).
